1. Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with the legislation in force, all products sold on our site benefit from a legal warranty of conformity of 2 years from receipt of the good. This warranty allows you to request the repair, replacement or refund of a product that does not comply with the order or has manufacturing defects.
Conditions of application:
The warranty applies only in case of a defect or non-conformity of the product that existed upon delivery.
The product must be returned in its original condition (packaging intact, label not removed) for the warranty to be valid.
2. Warranty against hidden defects
In addition to the legal guarantee of conformity, our products are also covered by the warranty against hidden defects. If a hidden defect, which was not apparent at the time of purchase, is discovered during a period of 2 years from delivery, you can request a refund or an exchange of the product.
3. Warranty exclusions
