Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return a product, you have 20 days from receipt to do so. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning products.

Refund

Once the return has been received and validated, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within 20 days.
