Order tracking

To track the status of your order, click on the tracking link sent to you by email when your order was shipped. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the status of your order.

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return a product, you have 20 days from receipt to do so. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning products.
To initiate a return, contact us at: contactwellaro@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Refund

Once the return has been received and validated, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within 20 days.

Defective product or order error

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contactwellaro@gmail.com to arrange a return and exchange or refund.
